Today I brewed up a variation of Brewmaster's Warehouse Haus Pale Ale. I tossed in my 1/2 ounce of cascade leaf hops for the last 15 minutes of the boil. I got 82% efficiency and 5.5 gallons of great looking beer sitting in my swamp cooler right now. Just at 4 hours from start to finish with a 90 minute mash and a 60 minute boil.
I also found out the mystery of the inactive Braggot. There may have been a recall on Nottingham yeast and I found 1 packet that matched the batch number in question in my supplies. I'm almost certain that the Braggot was from the same lot as I buy multiple dry yeasts at a time.
