Finally some airlock activity in my Haus Pale Ale. Not pleased with Nottingham yeast lately. Contacted them and they said there was only a problem with the previously mentioned batch. I disagree. I'll be using S-05 for my clean yeast from now on. Probably make a starter for these last packages of Notty I have.
